JOIN OUR TEAM
We’re interested in clinical professionals
who want to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Therapists and group coordinators are encouraged to get in touch.
OUR PRACTICE:
Our growing private practice seeks exceptional Maryland, Virginia, or D.C. clinically licensed (or license eligible) therapists to join our team. We’re seeking a trauma therapist who has deep experience working with acute, chronic, and complex trauma. We are also seeking a child and family therapist who has experience working with children and their families. We have an outstanding reputation for helping neurodivergent and neurotypical children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families build healthy relationships, helping children and parents move constructively through a range of challenges, and helping individuals and couples heal from relational trauma.
Join our thriving team! We're based in Olney, Maryland and this is a fully in person or hybrid in-person and virtual position. Choose when you work, be part of an exceptional team that supports each other and creates strong professional relationships with one another, receive in-house as well as outside training in collaborative approaches, neurodiversity-affirming care, and relational therapies, and make a great income.
These positions can be part time or full time. These are employment positions with benefits and a meaningful professional development stipend. Therapists who are the right fit for these positions are skilled at neurodiversity-affirming therapy, have trauma therapy training and experience or play therapy, child therapy, and child-parent therapy training and experience, have experience working with LGBTQ+ people, and are enthusiastic about continually building competence in these areas as well. The team actively engages in and seeks out dialogue and training in cultural competence, and neurodiversity-affirming and gender-affirming practices.
