Starobin Counseling, LLC is enthusiastic to hire associates with experience in child, adolescent, couples, and family therapy to join our growing practice. We’re a team that has expertise in bringing a neurodiversity affirming mindset to our work with clients and are looking to welcome a professional who will complement and contribute to our clinical expertise. Our practice is based in Olney, Maryland. We’re excited to bring new clinicians on board.

and clinicians can provide telehealth from our Olney office if they desire.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology
Clinically Licensed (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT). Pre-licensed social workers, professional counselors, and marriage and family therapists with strong clinical experience and supervision encouraged to apply (LMSW, LGSW, LGPC, LMFT)
Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face therapy experience with couples and families and trauma
Enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and groups
Preference for clinicians with advanced training in couples and family therapy, family systems, relational therapies, and trauma.
Licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia a plus
Effective and diligent at maintaining case records and documentation
Values collaborating with a team of professionals and with collateral providers.
SALARY INFORMATION FOR CLINICAL PROFESSIONALS, EMPLOYEE POSITIONS
Salary Range for Pre-licensed positions: Clinical rate: $55-$70 hourly; Administrative rate: $15 hourly;
Salary Range for clinically licensed positions: Clinical rate: $70-$110 hourly; Administrative rate: $20 hourly;
Salary Range for clinically licensed positions with supervision responsibilities: Clinical rate: $70-$110 hourly; Administrative rate: $20 hourly; Supervision rate: $100-$150 hourly;
Pay for blog writing task within any position: $150 per blog;
Pay for facilitating psychotherapy or psychoeducational groups: 50% commission
