INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

...for children, adolescents, and adults. We welcome LGBTQIA+ individuals. In individual therapy our goal is to attend to a client’s own understanding of him or herself in relation to the challenges he or she experiences. We help clients pay attention to their feelings, listen to their best thinking, see their roles in their relationships, and find acceptance and compassion towards themselves and others. In individual and family therapy for autistic people and their family members, individuals learn relationship skills, tools for thinking with greater flexibility, and experience a neurodivergent-friendly and emotionally safe space to unpack important personal narratives. In addition, family members learn to interact with greater ease and compassion.

PARENTING & CO-PARENTING

...for partnered, married, separated, and divorced parents. In parenting and co-parenting therapy parents gain understanding of their children’s development, areas in their children’s home, school, and peer environments influencing behavior, and parents’ capacities for affecting change.

COUPLES THERAPY

...to deepen connection in committed relationships. We welcome interfaith, interracial, and LGBTQ couples, and we offer neurodiversity-affirming couples therapy. We create a safe space to explore sensitive issues and conflicts. Couples learn to make room for each other’s differences, appreciate shared interests, and learn more effective communication. Cherishing each other in relational ways is at the core of the work. With neurodiversity-affirming couples therapy, we carefully guide couples through an exploration of how autism impacts their collective lives and helps both partners understand their own and each other’s wiring. This offers couples opportunities to explore what is beyond ordinary in their relationships.

FAMILY THERAPY

...to improve family connections and decrease family conflict. In family therapy family members gain awareness of the context in which problems and strengths in families emerge. Our goal is to help family members explore ways to change patterns of relating and communicating to reduce family conflict.

Autistic Adults Support Groups

This group is a structured, closed group that helps members reclaim their lives from the cycle of OCD. Each week, participants will engage in focused learning and support, while also working through individual challenges with a small cohort of peers. This group offers a unique blend of community and tailored guidance using the principles of Inference-based CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Space is limited to create a safe space for members to break free from the cycle of OCD.

(This is a virtual program.)

The experience of being an autistic woman or non-binary person is not widely discussed and can leave a person feeling unseen and misunderstood. By joining this group, you'll have an opportunity to connect with others who may relate to your experience and face similar challenges to your own. Self-diagnosed individuals are welcome.
