In practice for nearly two decades, I am a Relational Life Therapy Coach, specializing in individual and couples work that gets to the emotional root of disconnection. My expertise lies in helping individuals and committed couples reignite love, repair communication breakdowns, and transform relational patterns—whether one or both partners are ready for change. My practice is grounded in deep respect for you, your relationship, cultural identities, and relational experiences. 

I believe that real transformation happens when we move beyond tools and into embodied relational leadership. I create a space of empathy, directness, and emotional safety—where clients feel both challenged and deeply supported. My integrated approach draws from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuropsychology, memory reconsolidation, somatic healing, and energy psychology, with an emphasis on helping clients shift out of survival patterns and into conscious, connected love.

I hold a Bachelor in Science from The Ohio State University, a Master’s in Professional Counseling through Liberty University and am advanced certified in Relational Life Therapy. I’m also trained in Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic trauma work, and neuropsychology. Additionally, I have an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership through the Harvard Kennedy School, Leadership Coaching Advanced Certification, a published writer and am the Board Secretary of the Sophia Ann Charity for Infant Loss and Perinatal Mental Health.
